Buffalo 7 is a fast-growing agency with a killer list of clients that’s looking for more brilliant people as we continue to expand.

The Senior Project Manager is one of the key roles within the entire business, and it’s essential that we find the perfect fit.

Someone with an experienced, mature approach to grow the Project Management team, mentor them and really make their mark within the business.

Someone who’s not afraid to introduce their own approaches into Buffalo 7, and truly own the role.
It goes without saying that this person needs to be incredibly organised, extremely motivated and have demonstrative experience in sucessfully managing their own client projects.

But what’s just as essential is the ability to lead, develop and mentor our existing Project Management team, helping to make a great team even better.

Buffalo 7 is specialist agency operating in the clearly defined niche of presentation design. And we’re serious about being the very best. Our client list reads like a who’s who of the world’s top companies. And once a client works with us, they usually come back for more.

But to keep this level of excellence – and constantly improve it – the Senior Project Manager role is absolutely critical. It’s really two amazing roles wrapped up into one.

We need someone to act as a dedicated leader for our Project Managers, and a liaison between each department and the clients we’re working for.

We already assume that your attention to detail is amazing, you’re super methodical and unbelievably organised.

Of course, you encourage others to work together to hit deadlines, and your communication skills are legendary.

But when it comes to leading a team, are you approachable, motivational, and a great team mentor and supporter?

Are you ready to delight demanding clients: unflappable under pressure and unfazed by whatever they can throw at you?

Can you find the positives and find solutions to any situation, calmly, quickly and effectively?

Are you charismatic, confident, patient, committed, and able to organise a range of teams?

Do you have the capacity to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment?

Is that a yes? Then come and join our vibrant agency with a relaxed working atmosphere and active social scene.

You can be as imaginative as you like with the rest of your subject line (… hint).

3. DO please use the body of the email to include a covering letter of some description. We’ll use this intro to decide whether to even look at your CV. So put your powers of persuasion to good use and get us to read all about you in your CV.
