Junior eLearning Developer

Are you passionate about digital learning? Are you excited about authoring tools to develop bespoke content? Are you keen to learn new and exciting ways to deliver digital learning?

If you’ve said ‘yes’ three times, then we’ve got an incredible opportunity that might very well have your name on it.

In the heart of Manchester city centre, Buffalo 7 has built a hub for all things creative, digital and educational. Due to exciting growth we are looking for a Junior eLearning Developer to join our existing eLearning team. The role is suitable for someone who is keen to kick-start their career in this field, or someone who already has a level of eLearning experience.

Buffalo 7 is a specialist agency operating in the clearly-defined niche of storytelling across bespoke creative presentation and eLearning design. We’re serious about being the very best, and our client list reads like a who’s who of the world’s top companies. Once a client works with us, they usually come back for more.

We are looking for someone who’s flexible and innovative and keen to kick-start their career in the eLearning field. You’ll be working with our expert designers and storytellers to build engaging and thought-provoking digital learning experiences for our clients.

As a person, you are hyper-organised, empathetic, self-aware and ready to collaborate with our broader team of super-talented people. Fun is at the heart of what we do, and we work hard to foster a culture – not just of the clichéd “work hard, play hard” – but also one of belonging. Having a positive working culture will be really important to you and Buffalo 7 is passionate in providing this – last year we were nominated as one of the UK’s most inspirational places to work.

Our leadership team put your development and growth at the heart of the business and will enable you to achieve personal success and work you are proud of. Together, we have a shared vision of creating fantastic results for our clients and enjoying the process.

Helping people tell their stories so they can deliver positive results.

How to apply

If you’re a “rinse and repeat” type job applicant, you’re about to come unstuck.

Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure we actually read your application.

1. Please email your application directly to careers@buffalo7.co.uk

2. Start the title of your email with the code ELEARN.

Having this code at the start of the email title will do nothing more than demonstrate you paid attention. It helps us sort out the applicants who are genuinely interested from those just applying for everything.
You can be as imaginative as you like with the rest of your subject line (… hint).

3. DO please use the body of the email to include a covering letter of some description. We’ll use this intro to decide whether to even look at your CV. So put your powers of creative writing to good use and get us to read all about you in your CV.
