Buffalo 7 is specialist agency operating in the clearly defined niche of presentation design. And we’re serious about being the very best. Our client list reads like a who’s who of the world’s top companies. And once a client works with us, they usually come back for more.
Our product almost sells itself. It looks great, it delivers outstanding ROI, and our clients love to use it. But not enough people know we exist, and that’s where you come in.
We call our commercial team Client Services, and we are now seeking to strengthen our London office with two new “Client Services Managers”.
But as gentle as the job title is and as much as everyone wants what you’ll be selling, be under no illusion – this is no simple, order taking role.
You’ll need to be hungry, focused and self-motivated to mine LinkedIn for ever more contacts, pick up the phone and spread the word.
Many of your prospects will be found within organisations who have recently worked with us. Here you’ll be mining each company and using a job well done as your warm door opener. Satisfied clients will often gladly refer you to colleagues.
Other prospects will come your way via our ongoing marketing activity that delivers a strong and steady flow of new business leads.
Ultimately, however, you’ll be the type never to sit back and wait for spoonfed opportunity and will approach each day with enthusiasm and drive to open new doors.
Your experience to date need not necessarily be from within a creative, marketing or advertising agency. However, you must understand the decision making processes that drive buying decisions in this sector and recognise the triggers that prompt organisations to outsource the creation of (often high stake) presentations.
While these roles are London based, there will be monthly travel to our Manchester head office and UK wide to continually develop new key accounts. You will be required to self-balance between working remotely, from client sites or home, and from the London Soho Square office.
